“Elevating the game” means that we contribute to our clients’ lives through smart architectural and engineering solutions. We measure success by our clients’ terms:
The High School has launched its largest public capital campaign in its history for the planned renovations of several spaces.
Our healthcare design team is trained to appreciate both the experiential qualities of a caring atmosphere and the practical issues of servicing patients and clients with a variety of needs.
Opened in 2019, this century-old former brewery is now home to Kenton County's Government offices. It recieved an Adaptive Reuse Award from the Cincinnati Preservation Association.
The success of any community engagement is measured by the tangible impact the results have on the community over time. We are expert facilitators and community engagement leaders for school districts, universities, and other clients.
As technology increasingly develops in the future, the known space of design possibilities is expanded allowing for more creative designs. One avenue of future technological development leverages the rich custom coding capabilities in today’s building design software. At Elevar, we encourage our staff to explore and develop a variety of time-saving Dynamo scripts and macros. Read how science based technology helped open up design freedom in building design in some of our projects.
Elevar is working with Kean Ventures and Buckingham Companies in the design of this mixed-use development at the corner of Liberty and Elm St in Over-the-Rhine. The project now consists of over 300 residential units and between 5,000 and 15,000 square feet of commercial space. The proposed new version of the development would be a total investment of about $80 million.
We elevate the game by contributing to our clients’ needs through smart design solutions. We intend to change what architects are for our clients and communities by measuring success in their terms. Our clients want a greater value for the investments they make in their facilities. Elevar delivers just that. We create beautiful spaces that take user experience to a higher level.
Providing healthcare services for those in the later stages of life will become more and more prevalent as the post-war silent generation will soon be supplanted by the largest demographic: baby boomers. Recognizing this inevitable occurrence, healthcare providers have been taking steps to plan for this influx of septuagenarians, octogenarians, and up within their healthcare facilities.
Human beings require shelter from the elements, clean air, energy in the form of food, sleep, and of course a doctor’s visit to maintain our health at least once a year, if not more, as we age. Just like a physician’s checkup where the doctor checks all vital signs to make sure they are functioning, Elevar looks at all basic functions of the building enclosure from the hair on top (the roof) to the feet (the foundation).
The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority has awarded key contracts for the upcoming demolition and expected redevelopment of the former Millennium Hotel in downtown Cincinnati.
Ranked by the Cincinnati Enquirer for three years running as the Top Architecture Firm to work for in the City of Cincinnati, we are proud of our people and the work that we do.
