Three Rivers Local School District
Our team paid specific attention to the lifecycle costs and long-term plans for the community to prevent future erosion of facilities. Through integration of environmentally sustainable design and planning, the new school buildings on campus were designed to last for generations by providing an atmosphere that supports the students and faculty to their fullest potential. Both of the two buildings were designed to target LEED Gold standards showing that the Three Rivers School District is committed to the health and future of its students. The design incorporated masonry design to reflect daylight into learning spaces, daylight controls for classroom lights, geothermal heating and cooling, water efficiency, and construction waste management.
