Located in the Central Business District of College Hill, this development provides 53 affordable senior apartments and 4,000 SF of street level retail space. 22 one-bedroom apartments and 31 two-bedroom apartments offer modern amenities and interior finishes which are sensitive to senior needs such as non-slip surfaces, extra lighting, high visibility, and ease of movement throughout the units. On site laundry, parking, storage and fitness facilities are also available to residents. Working with multiple partners in this pursuit, our team was instrumental in helping to secure a portion of the project financing from low income housing tax credits.
