After 60 years in service, Blue Ash Airport was closed in 2012. Summit Park is a 130-acre recreational park project that has been developed on a portion of the land formerly occupied by the airport. Development of the site provides the city with a unique opportunity to build upon its current reputation, expand the quality and diversity of is parks and recreation facilities as well as provide a catalyst for future investment. Our team worked with the owner to provide conceptual drawings and master planning services for the land and runways, which included concepts for a hotel and office building option. Our team worked with the City on a needs assessment for future development of the site and a site inventory and analysis, as well as providing conceptual drawings and development plan.
