The first phase of the 71-acre development is located near the Austin Road Interchange off of Interstate 75. Construction on the mixed-use suburban site began with three office buildings totaling approximately 300,000 square feet of leasable area. These three buildings were completed between the years of 2010 and 2012. The mixed-use master plan has been designed to provide a cohesive, village-like atmosphere that encourages pedestrian traffic and user interaction. A fourth office building was completed in 2016. Known as Progress Park Tower, this five-story building houses office and retail space. Our team served as the A/E firm for this 5-story mixed-use, office over retail project. A large, welcoming, open breezeway was designed on the ground floor of the retail space to connect the park and retail development to the south of the building to the existing office space and future residential development to the north. This administrative/office campus was designed to provide a cohesive, village-like atmosphere that encourages pedestrian traffic and user interaction.
