Project News

We have moved into our new home! The new Elevar Design Group headquarters is located in historic Queensgate, just west of downtown Cincinnati. This former warehouse which was originally constructed in the 1890's now is home to a growing staff of architects, engineers, and interior designers. The renovated office includes open work space on the third and fourth floors with a large clerestory and many large windows to provide natural light, a family room area furnished with a twisty slide for fun connectivity between floors,  an additional fifth floor collaborative work space with amazing views of the city, and multiple state-of-the-art conference rooms. The new HQ truly reflects Elevar's unique personality and provides ample room to grow!

On the Boards

Among our many current projects, our team is pleased to be nearing completion on the The Hilton Garden Inn at Keystone Parke! This hotel is the third phase of the Keystone Parke development. With amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, guest laundry facility, restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms, the 120-room hotel is intended to be upscale but affordable. Scheduled for completion this summer, the new Hilton Garden Inn will complement I-71 development.
