Mercy HealthPlex at West Clermont High School

The Elevar team completed the design and construction of a new 2,400 student, 378,000sf, $99M consolidated high school and athletic complex for the West Clermont Local School District. The design build project merges two existing high schools (Amelia High School and Glen Este High School) into one consolidated, state-of-the-art educational facility.

Connected to the new high school is the new Mercy HealthPlex facility. As part of a cooperative agreement between the District, Mercy Health and Midtown Health, the facility integrates care into the surrounding community in a more accessible way. The project includes medical office space and a HealthPlex, complete with group fitness space, a therapy pool, cardiovascular equipment and a kid’s fitness area. The equipment and fitness spaces are open to both students, members of the community and HealthPlex users.
