Cincinnati State Technical and Community College

The building was designed to take advantage of its prominent site overlooking a busy interstate highway intersection. Our firm, in partnership with Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann Associates, designed and constructed the new, high-tech academic center. The new center includes a state-of-the-art information technology facility, auditoriums, a premier culinary arts college, a student life center, a communication center, a wellness center, and support functions. The design created a modern, efficient parking structure for 747 cars that supports existing and new facilities on campus.
