Similarly, in the Pharmacy Growth Office, Elevar conducted a comprehensive gut and renovation of 40,000 square feet of office space, involving 17 phases and 409 office seats. Construction for this project spanned from October 2019 to March 2020. Additionally, Elevar orchestrated a 15,000 square feet two-floor renovation of the CVS Health HQ cafeteria area, managing lifesafety, code compliance, and engineering aspects during the construction period from November 2019 to January 2020.
