Elevar is currently working on additions and renovations to the existing East Clinton High School, and renovations to the existing New Vienna Elementary and Sabina Elementary. Also included in the project is abatement and demolition of East Clinton Middle School.

The high school currently houses grades 9-12. The 52,586 SF addition will create space for more classrooms and multi-purpose spaces. This additional space provides a dedicated program for the middle school grades, allowing the entire building to house grades 7-12 once the addition is complete. The new middle school academic addition including; science classrooms, art rooms, classrooms and a new common secure entry sequence, wraps the existing high school, creating a common, central media hub and presentation space to promote project-based learning and collaboration. Adjacent project labs/makerspaces facilitate hands-on learning.

The elementary school currently houses grades PK-5. The buildings will receive renovations and upgrades to existing spaces to bring them into alignment with current OFCC classroom and facilities standards. Renovations include roof replacement and exterior masonry repairs, kitchen renovations, partial HVAC replacement, addition of classroom sinks, technology upgrades, security upgrades, and accessibility upgrades. After the renovations are complete, the existing New Vienna and Sabina Elementary Schools will each house grades PK-6. The new Middle School addition is being designed to target LEED Silver certification. In each school, we have included special education spaces with a dedicated vestibular mount to be used by students with sensory processing disorders.
