Spurred by rapid growth in patient numbers and visits, Five Rivers Health Centers (FRHC) built a new facility in Southwest Dayton, Ohio.
FRHC currently serves more than 25,000 patients with more than 87,000 visits in the Greater Dayton community. Five Rivers Health Centers is the 10th largest Federally Qualified Health Center out of 55 in the State of Ohio and their new facility is the largest FQHC in the state at the time of opening.
This facility offers family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, dental, behavioral health, general surgery, and many other specialties. This new MOB includes a full-service outpatient pharmacy including drive-through, imaging, and satellite laboratory services, and provides community support services with prenatal education/support and early childhood parenting support groups.
Elevar provided holistic A/E design including Architecture, Interior Design, FF&E, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural Engineering, and Sustainability. We worked with Hplex as the owner’s representative.
The FF&E planning and consulting included inventory and smart reuse of existing furnishings, mock-ups of workstations, furniture sample evaluation, and a competitive bid process.
