Elevar Design Group partnered with Joseph Auto Group to deliver a state-of-the-art Genesis dealership in North Cincinnati. This standalone new-build facility was thoughtfully designed to reflect the luxury and innovation synonymous with the Genesis brand.

The building features a sleek, modern exterior with curtain wall glazing, a custom exterior coating system, and black granite wall panels complemented by ACM panel fascia and soffit elements. A continuous band of clerestory glazing brings in abundant natural light, enhancing the building’s architectural presence.

Inside, the dealership offers a premium customer and employee experience. The interior is outfitted with high-end finishes, including tiled flooring, painted drywall walls and ceilings, and frameless glass partitions that foster an open and elegant environment. The showroom is illuminated by all-LED lighting, integrated track lights and bespoke “light clouds” suspended above, and a striking fabric brand cube that reinforces Genesis’ identity.

The facility includes five high-efficiency service bays with high-speed overhead doors, two detail bays, two service write-up bays, and a parts mezzanine, ensuring streamlined operations and customer convenience. Dedicated customer and employee areas, including a comfortable lounge, are designed with a hospitality-first mindset.

The site includes a redesigned parking lot with new lighting and circulation, all executed to align with Genesis brand standards and elevate the overall client experience.
